Responsible for all corporate marketing plus oversight of site agents for multi-community regional new home builder including plats from 1 to 200+ lots. Regularly visited communities, produced hot lists for agent and site superintendent follow up, made design choices for home sites, home plans layout, staging, etc. Managed budget and outside vendors.
Optimized website and used an aggressive content marketing approach to move multiple site community pages from no ranking to ranking in top 3 pages of Google search results; 207% year over year increase in web traffic in 2012, 128% year over year increase again in 2013. Launched blog (additional 60,000 blog visits in 2 years) and social media marketing.
Revitalized sales management, facilitated on-going site agent training, planned and led direct to consumer and direct to realtor communications and events programs. Made interior design choices for model homes, spec homes and 2013 production specifications.
Initiated PR campaign for 2013 House for Hope project with MBA Pierce County.

2008-2009: Conducted Branding Workshop for Kestrel Vintner’s management team (Kestrel wines plus Lady in Red and White brands) which ultimately resulted in new website and wine label design; rebuilt website under emergency conditions; launched corporate email and social media marketing, completed multiple print marketing and collateral development projects.
